EQT has announced the successful completion of the public tender offer for all publicly held registered shares of Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd ("Kuoni").

On February 29, 2016, EQT, acting through Kiwi Holding IV S.à r.l., published a public tender offer for all publicly held registered shares of Kuoni. With all conditions of the public tender offer being fulfilled, the offer has been settled on May 19, 2016. EQT currently holds 98.02 percent of the voting rights and 97.52 percent of the share capital of Kuoni. The deal volume of this public tender offer amounts to approx. CHF 1.5 bn.

Kuoni was advised by Homburger AG in all legal aspects of this transaction.
