Baker & McKenzie’s Kyiv Office advised Horizon Capital, a leading private equity firm in Ukraine, on the increase of its stake in Datagroup, a leading independent telecom operator in Ukraine, to over 70%. Upon completion of this transaction, Horizon Capital will become a majority shareholder and will undertake operational control of the company.
