Houthoff Buruma advised the Dutch Retail Fund of CBRE Global Investors on the sale of a retail portfolio consisting of 14 shopping centres located in the Netherlands with a total rental space of 107.500 m2 to the private equity investor Blackstone. The assets become a part of the portfolio of Blackstone's subsidiary Multi. The deal value amounts to € 240 million.
