Houthoff Buruma is advising Intel Corporation on its tender offer to acquire Netherlands incorporated, New York Stock Exchange listed Mobileye N.V. (MBLY.N), which has its headquarters and main operations in israel. The tender offer, announced today, March 13, 2017, values Mobileye at $15.3 billion.
