A team led by Dr. Helge-Torsten Wohlert advised Resource Group on the management buyout of the Aviation and Aerospace Resourcing (including Contractair Ltd) and Aviation Technical Training businesses. They will be taken over by newly incorporated Resource International Group Investments AG based in Zug, Switzerland.
