iCON Infrastructure has agreed to acquire Gasnätet Stockholm AB and Stockholm Gas AB from AB Fortum Värme, Co-Owned with Stockholms Stad. Gasnätet Stockholm AB is the owner of the gas distribution network in the Stockholm area, and Stockholm Gas AB engages in gas trading. iCON Infrastructure is an independent investment group, focusing on privately held investments in infrastructure assets in Europe and North America.
