Davis Polk advised J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and Piper Jaffray & Co. as the underwriters in the initial public offering by iDreamSky Technology Limited (iDreamSky) of 7,700,000 American depositary shares (ADSs), each representing four Class A ordinary shares of iDreamSky. iDreamSky has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,155,000 ADSs. The ADSs are listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “DSKY.”   

iDreamSky is the largest independent mobile game publishing platform in China based on the number of active users in 2013, according to the Analysis Report. In the first quarter of 2014, iDreamSky had average monthly active users of 98.3 million. The Company’s mission is to enrich mobile users’ lifestyle and deliver fun and engaging mobile games and entertainment to users.
