LETT has advised Danish pension funds ATP and PFA in connection with the IPO of DONG Energy.

Amid a blizzard of media interest, ATP and PFA bought into DONG Energy in 2013 together with Goldman Sachs. Given its valuation at approx DKK 98bn, the initial public offering (IPO) of DONG Energy is the largest IPO in Danish history and probably one of the largest listings in Europe this year.

LETT also assisted ATP and PFA in connection with their investments in 2013, which paved the way for the IPO.

The IPO was completed on 9 June 2016. Both ATP and PFA will remain shareholders in DONG Energy.
