Corporate legal experts at Irwin Mitchell have advised multi-channel business document specialists, Prolog Print Media, on its acquisition of Rugby-based Datagraphic Limited.
 
Chesterfield-based Prolog Print Media specialises in secure data-driven business communications, from epayslips to total reward statements, document printing and employee communications of all kinds.
 
Datagraphic, which was originally established in the USA but is now based in the Midlands, has been a key secure print and cross media technology partner to Prolog Print Media for many years. The acquisition will enable teams at Prolog Print Media and Datagraphic to share expertise to develop the businesses’ long term service offerings.
