Slaughter and May advised ISS, one of the world's leading facility services companies, on the establishment of a EUR 2 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme. ISS has established the Programme to obtain increased flexibility to pursue refinancings in the bond market. This follows on from ISS' refinancing in connection with its successful IPO earlier this year, on which Slaughter and May also advised.
ISS Global A/S may issue unsecured wholesale denominated notes under the Programme, which will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The Programme has been arranged by Barclays Bank PLC, with ISS' relationship banks as Dealers. The base prospectus in relation to the Programme was approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier on 12 November 2014.
Gorrissen Federspiel advised ISS as to Danish law.
