Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it advised Keensight Capital and Turenne Capital in connection with their reinvestment in Menix Group alongside with Five Arrows Principal Investments.

Menix Group is a leader in the niche segment of dual mobility hip prosthesis, in France and internationally. Menix Group has also developed leading positions in dental implants and Cranio-Maxillo-Facial surgery in France. Based in Lyon, Menix Group employs nearly 340 people and generated a turnover of approximately 67 million euros in 2016.
