Kennedys is pleased to confirm that we advised the purchaser of the 5th Falcon 8X aircraft to come off the Dassault production line, in a transaction valued at USD$59m.

We advised Pure Precision Global Limited (the purchaser), who lease the Aircraft to an Indian NSOP (Spectrum Aero). The transaction was financed by Credit Suisse. Watson Farley Williams advised the Lender.

The Falcon 8X is Dessault’s newest private jet, and is at the top of their private jet range.
