King & Wood Mallesons advised Bank of Zhengzhou on its HK$ 5,082m Hong Kong IPO

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. (Bank of Zhengzhou, Stock Code: 6196) as its PRC, Hong Kong and US counsel on its HK$ 5,082 million (before the exercise of the over-allotment option) initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

KWM once again provided the issuer with one-stop shop and comprehensive legal services covering PRC, Hong Kong and US securities laws. Of the three PRC commercial banks that completed listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange this year, King & Wood Mallesons advised two as their PRC, Hong Kong and US counsel, providing them with one-stop shop legal services.
