INTERNOS Global Investors (INTERNOS), the pan European owner-managed real estate fund manager has sold the Maritim Hotel Dresden on behalf of the INTERNOS Hotel Real Estate Fund. The hotel team led by Lars Reubekeul and Dr Florian Biesalski of King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) provided legal advice to the INTERNOS Hotel Real Estate Fund on this transaction.

The purchaser, listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, is Frasers Hospitality Trust. The purchase price for the 4-star hotel with 328 rooms amounts to EUR 58.4 million.

The INTERNOS Hotel Real Estate Fund was launched in 2012 and invests in particular in 3-4 star hotels in Germany, France, Austria and the Netherlands.
