King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin has acted on a series of recent high profile lettings at 10 Brock Street, Regent's Place for British Land.
10 Brock Street is now the new London headquarters for a diverse set of major occupiers such as Debenhams, Facebook, Manchester City Football Club and Whitefoord LLP. The highest rent achieved was £71.00 per sq ft.
At 340,000 sq ft, 10 Brock Street is the largest office building completed in London’s West End since 2010. It has been developed as part of British Land’s 500,000 sq ft mixed use development at the North East Quadrant, completing the ongoing transformation of the Regent’s Place campus.
This activity continues to demonstrate the firm’s expertise on the big ticket lettings for British Land as well as the important role King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin play in supporting British Land’s growth of its West End portfolio.
Darren Rogers, Real Estate partner said: “To achieve full occupancy within less than three months after completion of the development is a huge achievement and we have been delighted to support British Land’s undoubted success at this building.”
Darren Rogers led the team for British Land on all of the lettings, with associate Rachel Burns.
