Kirkland & Ellis Advises Realtime Technology AG on the Sale to Dassault Systèmes

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP advised Realtime Technology AG (RTT) and its majority shareholders on the sale of a majority stake to Dassault Systèmes. RTT is one of the leading one-stop providers of high-end software, consulting and creative services in professional, 3D visualization. The group is headquartered in Munich, Germany, with approximately 750 employees and 15 offices worldwide, and is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent, including the approval of antitrust authorities in Germany and Austria.

Kirkland’s Munich-based corporate team was led by partner Volker Kullmann, and included partner Dr. Björn Holland, and associates Dr. Marcus Klie, Dirk Kramer and Dr. Philipp Mangini-Guidano.
