Kirkland & Ellis represented Bain Capital and its portfolio company, Fidji Luxco (BC) SCA, in the sale of FCI Asia Pte Ltd to Amphenol Corporation. The sale closed on January 8, 2016, following receipt of anti-trust clearance from China’s Ministry of Commerce. The transaction is valued at approximately US$1.275 billion.
