Kirkland & Ellis is representing funds advised by Apax Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in MATCHESFASHION.COM, a UK-based luxury fashion brand. MATCHESFASHION.COM was founded in 1987 and now sells garments from more than 450 designers to customers in 176 countries. The value of the transaction, which was announced on September 1, 2017, was undisclosed.
