KWM advises Wattle Hill RHC Funds on investment in Eco-Farms

11 May 2017

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) have advised Wattle Hill RHC Funds on its recent investment in Eco-Farms. The strategic investment is seen as an important step into the expanding organic food industry.

KWM also advised on the launch of Wattle Hill RHC Fund 1, and its earlier investment in Buderim Group Limited.

Commenting on the Eco-Farms deal, KWM partner, Will McCosker, said: “We were pleased to be able to advise Wattle Hill on this strategic consumer investment opportunity. We look forward to continuing to support Wattle Hill, including in its pursuits to deliver quality Australian products across Asia."

KWM is well placed to support PE investors pursuing investments in assets which are aligned with Asian growth opportunities.
