Baker McKenzie acts for the Swedish mobile gaming operator LeoVegas in their acquisition of the Italian gaming operator Winga.it for EUR 6.1 million.

The deal, which is LeoVegas’ first acquisition, enables a rapid expansion in Italy. The seller of Winga is the Finnish gambling operator Ålands Penningautomatförening.
