On 31 January 2017, IT Relation-Frontdata A/S completed the acquisition of Softcom Solution A/S, which is a major IT outsourcing market player in the Greater Copenhagen Area and Zealand.

The acquisition of Softcom Solutions A/S is the first add-on acquisition to the platform created by Adelis Equity Partners in the summer of 2016 by implementing the triple acquisition of IT Relation A/S, Front-data Danmark A/S and DSI-Next A/S.

Through the acquisition, IT Relation-Frontdata A/S will consolidate its position as the largest player within the supply of IT outsourcing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises in Denmark. Moreover, the acquisition of Softcom Solutions is an important strategic lever for IT Relation-Frontdata in the continued expansion of its activities in the Greater Copenhagen Area and Zealand.

Speaking about the acquisition, Henrik Kastbjerg, CEO of IT Relation-Frontdata A/S, says:
