TDC A/S, a listed Denmark-based company engaged in providing telecommunications solutions, has acquired Cirque A/S. Cirque A/S is a Denmark-based company that provides cloud-based communication solutions with seamless integration to Office 365. The company has a workforce of 50 employees.

Cirque will be a separate brand within TDC. The transaction is expected to provide Cirque with a strong platform to further accelerate its cloud business.

LETT assisted TDC in connection with the acquisition of Cirque A/S and has, for a number of years, assisted TDC in its acquisitions of Fullrate A/S, Onfone A/S, DONG’s fibre network and the A+ Group, etc.
