LETT provides assistance in connection with the transfer of the rapidly expanding Danish shop chain, Normal.
Founded in 2013, Normal imports branded products in parallel from other EU Member States and sells them at low prices from its shops in Denmark. The Normal retail chain has approx. 75 shops and almost 1,500 employees.
At first, the assistance concerned a structured sales process in cooperation with a corporate-finance house, but after a process entailing great media interest, all the shares were transferred to a new holding company whereby, at a considerable acquisition price, Anders Holch Povlsen increased his ownership interest to a majority interest.
