Norwegian Visma Group has made yet another acquisition in Denmark through its takeover of the Danish IT company, Dinero, a Denmark-based provider of intuitive accounting programs and software solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. LETT has assisted Visma in connection with the acquisition.

Visma has in 2015-2016 acquired a handful of other Danish IT companies, including e-conomic, Mind4IT, Sproom Solutions and PBJ, where LETT also provided assistance. The takeovers are part of a major acquisition strategy, which is to deliver the best accounting systems and business solutions to small and medium-sized companies in the Nordic market.
