LETT assisted Visma in its acquisition of the Danish IT company E-conomic. E-conomic is a world-leading supplier of cloud-based accounting programs and has previously been awarded as a 'Gazelle' company by the Danish business newspaper Borsen. In 2015, the company expects 35% internal revenue growth.

The seller is UK-based HgCapital, which, 18 months ago, acquired the company for DKK 760m. Visma is a Nordic IT and consulting firm supplying services within software, outsourcing, debt collection, consultancy services and individually tailored IT solutions. By its acquisition of E-conomic, Visma strengthens its position in the Nordic and international markets.

The purchase price has not been made public.
