Loomis AB (publ)’s Danish subsidiary Loomis Danmark A/S has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in the Danish cash handling company Bankernes Kontantservice A/S (“BKS”) based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The enterprise value is approximately DKK 250 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 316 million.

Loomis is specialised in creating efficient cash flow in society and offers comprehensive solutions at all levels of society including financial institutions, retailers, other commerce related business and the public sector. Loomis has 23,000 employees operating from about 400 branch offices spread across more than 20 countries.

Loomis AB (publ) is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm and is part of the Nordic Large Cap List.
