Loyens & Loeff advised Avantium N.V. with its successful initial public offering (IPO) on Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Brussels.

Avantium is a leading chemical technology company and forerunner in renewable chemistry. The IPO was initiated to support the execution of Avantium’s strategy to further develop projects in renewable chemistry. Avantium raised approximately €103 million in the IPO and has a market cap of €277 million.
