Macfarlanes has advised Appleby on the sale of its fiduciary business, Appleby Fiduciary & Administration, to private equity firm Bridgepoint.

Appleby is one of the world’s largest providers of offshore legal, fiduciary and administration services.

The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate M&A partners Stephen Drewitt and John Dodsworth and competition partner Malcolm Walton.
