Macfarlanes has advised on the sale of alternative legal services provider LOD (Lawyers on Demand) to UK-based private equity firm Bowmark Capital.

Macfarlanes, who also advised LOD on its 2016 merger with Australian and Asian business, AdventBalance, represented the LOD sellers including BCLP.
