Squire Patton Boggs has advised French-headquartered real estate investor Frey on the €82.5 million acquisition of Parc Vallès, a leisure and retail park in Barcelona, from a real estate fund managed by Pradera.

Parc Vallès opened in 1998, and occupiers include many local and international brands, such as Mango, Nike, Maisons du Monde, MediaMarkt and Burger King. The 42,000-square-metre park also includes a Mercadona supermarket and one of the largest cinemas in Spain. Attracting over 10 million visitors per year, Parc Vallès generated a net annual rental income of €5.3 million.
