Dechert LLP advised Marble Point Credit Management in the acquisition of American Capital CLO Management.

Marble Point, an investment manager with a focus on investments in floating rate senior secured loans, acquired American Capital CLO Management, an investment manager with approximately USD$3.4 billion in assets spread across eight collateralized loan obligations.
