Mayer Brown announced today that it represented the Publicis group on the squeeze-out of minority shareholders of Pixelpark AG. The resolution was approved in Pixelpark AG´s shareholders’ meeting in November 2015 and was recorded in the commercial register at the end of December.

Publicis group is a global advertising company with locations in 108 countries and more than 76,000 employees.

The Publicis inhouse team included Dr. Maik W. Fettes (Legal Director) and Nadine Säuberlich, LLM (Legal Counsel, Corporate).

The Mayer Brown team included partners Dr. Klaus Riehmer (lead) and Dr. Ulrike Binder as well as associates Stefanie Skoruppa and Sören Pruß (all Corporate & Securities, Frankfurt). Klaus Riehmer also acted as chairman of the squeeze-out shareholders’ meeting in November 2015.
