Mayer Brown advises Sinarmas Land Limited on purchase of 33 Horseferry Road, London

London — Mayer Brown has advised Sinarmas Land Limited, one of South East Asia’s largest property development companies, on the purchase 33 Horseferry Road, London for over £188 million.

The 180,600 sq ft property includes 163,761 sq ft of office space, which is fully let and occupied by the Department for Transport until December 2033, and ten ground floor retail units.

Martin Wright, European Head of Real Estate at Mayer Brown, said: “33 Horseferry Way will prove to be an excellent investment due to its prime location and a further 17 years of solid rental income from the Department of Transport. We are delighted to advise Sinarmas as they continue to expand their portfolio in London real estate.”

Mayer Brown has previously advised Sinarmas on the purchase of the Alphabeta building, London in July 2015 for £259.3 million and the purchase and then sale of the New Brook Buildings, London in January 2015 for £113.7 million.
