We advised AmDocs on its acquisition of Brite:Brill, a Dublin-based billing software company, as part of a deal through which three companies were bought by the Nasdaq-listed software and services provider. AmDocs provides software to more than 300 communications companies in 90 countries worldwide and last year reported revenues of around $3.6bn. It was founded in 1982 as an offshoot to phone directory company Golden Pages.
