We advised Goodbody and Credit Suisse in their roles as Joint Sponsors and Joint Bookrunners in connection with the firm placing and placing and open offer of 285,317,459 new ordinary shares in Hibernia REIT plc raising approximately €299.6m million. The new shares were admitted to the main markets of the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange on 4 November 2014.
