ROME (10 November 2015) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has been appointed legal adviser to Areale di Bolzano S.p.A. (ABZ), a special purpose entity entrusted by the Municipality and the Autonomous Province of Bozen, in connection with the implementation of a EUR800m Masterplan to transfer the existing railway infrastructure, and related urban regeneration and private and public asset development.
Drawing on their extensive experience in finance and infrastructure, the McDermott team, led by partner Marco Cerritelli and comprising senior associate Valentina Perrone, will advise on bankability, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and other property related matters.

Pursuant to the tender specifications, the engagement will be carried out by a multi-disciplinary team combining the expertise of KPMG Advisory (acting as capogruppo mandataria) and PwC as financial advisers, Proger as technical adviser, as well as the domestic boutique Guccione & Associati for administrative legal matters.
