McDermott Advises Investment Consortium led by Pembroke on Acquisition of Boat International Media

McDermott Will & Emery advised an investment consortium led by Pembroke VCT (Pembroke) on the acquisition of Boat International Media. McDermott’s London Private Equity team advised on the acquisition and the shareholder arrangements with the investor group and consortium. The consortium comprised Pembroke, Lepe Capital and certain private investors.

Boat International Media publishes more than 1.4 million magazines on a global basis and specialises in the media, events and networking arena for yachts and superyachts.
