Mercer and the shareholders of SCM Strategic Capital Management AG's ("SCM") successfully closed the acquisition of SCM by Mercer. SCM is a specialized Swiss investment advisor for institutional investors focusing on investments in private equity, real estate and infrastructure.

SCM and its shareholders were advised by Homburger.
