Mills & Reeve advise on acute homecare deal

Mills & Reeve has acted for Healthcare at Home on its strategic acquisition of Medihome group. Healthcare at Home is Europe’s largest clinical homecare provider, providing care to over 1 in every 500 people across the UK. It delivers acute healthcare services to patients in their own homes and operates virtual wards, working with every NHS trust in the UK.

Medihome visits over 70,000 patient a year and employs 240 staff across London, the South East and East of England.
