The transaction provides capital to further Stratto’s pipeline of indoor DAS network opportunities across the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe.

Morgan Lewis’s team was led by London partner Tom Cartwright and included associates Jack Shawdon, Nadia Akhter, and Robert Hutton; tax partners Kate Habershon in London and Richard Zarin in New York, and associate Neil McKnight; and employment partner-elect Lee Harding in London.
