NAI Svefa has acquired the majority of the shares in Värderingsdata i Kungsbacka AB through the acquisition of shares from a minority of the shareholders and in connection with a share issue in kind in Värderingsdata.

Värderingsdata is the broadest supplier of IT-services for analysis and valuation in the Swedish real property market. In connection with the acquisition, a separate business area of NAI Svefa regarding property information, Fastighetsinformation, will be integrated in Värderingsdata, which will become the largest player within the field of automated valuation models for the Swedish banking and finance market. Värderingsdata is the only Swedish representative in the European AVM Alliance (EAA), an association of suppliers of statistical valuation models.
