The Danish company Nautec A/S has acquired Watski AB with subsidiaries. Watski is the leading boat accessories wholesaler in Scandinavia.

Nautec A/S is part of a family owned company group with headquarters in Denmark. The company group is well consolidated with several ownership in the marine industry, hydraulics and industrial components and systems, consumer products and real estate business.

Nautec was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Åsa Hansdotter, Christian Hallberg and Louise Bjartell.
