Dierre S.p.A.,  a company based in Modena in which private equity fund Gradiente I holds a stake and  operating in the field of structural profiles, guards, accident prevention systems, linear rails and conveyor belts, acquired 80% of Sintesi S.r.l., a company based in Saonara (PD) operating in the industrial soundproofing field, specialising in the construction of protection systems and operator stations for machinery and industrial equipment.

The buyer was  advised by Nctm Studio legale, with a team led by partner Pietro Zanoni, who first assisted Gradiente I in 2016 in its investment in Dierre S.p.a. and then Dierre S.p.a. in the acquisition of ARI-metal S.r.l. (completed in the last few weeks). As to financial aspects, Dierre S.p.a. was advised by Lorenzo Leone (Pincelli and Associati).

Sellers Marco Winkler and Stefano Lenarduzzi, who will be managing Sintesi S.r.l. alongside Dierre S.p.A., were advised by Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners, with a team led by Giovan Battista Santangelo and Enrico Silvestri.
