NCTM assisted Mobyt, a leading Italian company in the mobile marketing and services sector and also operating in the web advertising sector, listed on the AIM Italia market, in the stipulation of an agreement for the acquisition of a share equal to 85% of DigiTel MobileTM S.r.l., an operator in the development, provision and marketing of communications services, particularly professional SMS messaging services.

The acquisition falls within the scope of Mobyt's strategy to consolidate its presence in the small-business segment in Italy in the mobile marketing market.

In the transaction, NCTM Studio Legale Associato assisted Mobyt with a team composed by the partner Lukas Plattner and Eleonora Sofia Parrocchetti, associate.
