Krause Holdings - a holding company with diversified investments owned by Kyle J. Krause – has invested in the acquisition, by Campari, of 100% of the share capital of Enrico Serafino – a winery specialised in growing grapes and producing still and sparkling wine - for EUR 6.1 million. The business sold includes the Enrico Serafino brand as well as the vineyards, winemaking and production facilities, stock and real estate assets.

In the transaction, NCTM Studio Legale Associato assisted Krause Holdings Inc with a team composed by the corporate partners Raffaele Caldarone and Christian Mocellin, as well as the associate Alessandro Vespa.
