NCTM assisted Primi sui Motori – a company listed on the AIM market and the Italian leader in digital marketing services and search engine positioning – in the issue of a 5-year bond with a maximum nominal amount of EUR 6.4 million. Furthermore, the Board of Directors of Primi sui Motori has resolved to make an exchange offer reserved for the holders of “Primi Sui Motori 9% 2013 – 2016” bonds.
