Reed Business B.V., part of RELX Group, has announced its intention to sell all publishing activities of the Dutch agricultural media portfolio, part of the Proagrica division, to Doorakkeren B.V. (a joint venture between Derk Haank, Cor Jan Willig and Luc van Os). It is the intention to place the publishing activities in the newly established subsidiary called Misset Uitgeverij B.V., in which Doorakkeren B.V. has a majority interest and Reed Business B.V. has a minority interest. The intended sale includes the publishing activities and related products, services and events of Boerderij, Boerderij Vandaag, Pluimveehouderij, Groenten & Fruit, Trekker, Traktorpool, Future Farming, All About Feed, Dairy Global, Pig Progress, Poultry World and the sales and marketing activities performed for Dacom. All 140 employees involved will be employed by Misset Uitgeverij B.V.
