PARIS – Dechert LLP advised NewAlpha Asset Management, an expert in investments targeting the entrepreneurial financial industry worldwide, in the formation of a private equity fund dedicated to fintech companies.

The fund managed by NewAlpha Asset Management, and targeted to French institutional investors, aims at building and developing a diversified portfolio of innovative fintech and insurtech startups. It also intends to monitor the evolution of financial services and the technological changes affecting banking, insurance and asset management.

NewAlpha Asset Management was been able to close its first venture capital fund at €56M within the anticipated timeframe.

Paris-based financial services partner Olivier Dumas advised NewAlpha Asset Management on the formation of this private equity investment fund.
