Noerr advised the private equity investor Zurmont Madison on the sale of the majority in RÖDER Zeltsysteme und Service AG. The purchaser is the RAG-Stiftung.

With RÖDER, the RAG-Stiftung takes over one of the world’s largest providers of mobile room solutions. The company based in Bündigen, Hesse, achieved in 2013 with over 500 employees turnover of approximately 80 million euros. Zurmont Madison acquired the majority in 2007 and financed targeted further growth of the company. RÖDER will continue under the existing management after the acquisition.

Confidentiality was agreed about the purchase price.
