Noerr has advised the Dutch real estate investment group Geneba on the sale of its 93% stake in the leasing company MoTo Objekt CAMPEON GmbH & Co. KG to Infineon. The DAX-listed group thus takes control of its own company headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich.

The net purchase price was €113 million. The headquarters of the semiconductor manufacturer with six buildings has a total of around 150,000 square metres of usable space and underground parking for 1,980 vehicles. Geneba acquired a stake in MoTo two years ago and is selling this as part of a portfolio diversification strategy.

The transaction still has to be approved by Germany’s Federal Cartel Office.
